The Rivers State Civil Society Organizations, have advised youths in the State, not to allow themselves be used by politicians to disrupt Saturday’s local government election.
Spokesperson of RIVCSO, Solomon Lenu said this in an interview with news correspondents in Port Harcourt, on Friday.
He advised youths not to put their lives on the line, for any politician or political party, while urging them to learn from previous experiences.
Mr Lenu called on staff of the State Independent Electoral Commission, to write their names in gold, by conducting a free, fair and credible poll.
He also called on the Rivers State Government to allow the Commission perform their duties.
