Popular Rivers Journalist, Allwell Ene has described the Ikoku Flyover as the most useless Flyover in Port Harcourt.
Ene made this known in a post on Facebook with a picture of him lying on the Flyover.
According to him, he laid there for over 30 minutes and no car drove on it, adding that lovers use it as love garden in the evening.
He said, “Ikoku flyover, the most useless flyover in Port Harcourt. I slept here for over 30 minutes… No car passed. Boyfriends and girlfriends use it as a love garden from 6pm every day,” he said.
