The Rivers State Judiciary says justices of the High Court will begin their Christmas vacation from Monday, December 23, 2024, to Thursday, January 2, 2025
Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi made this known through the Chief Registrar of the High Court, David Ihua-Maduenyi.
According to him, the directive aligns with Order 49 Rule 4C of the Rivers High Court of Civil Procedures Rules, 2023. Tuesday.
He added that they will resume court sittings on Friday, January 10, 2025, with a designated vacation judge handling only urgent matters during the break.
