Hours after appointing four commissioners designate, the Rivers State governor, Sim Fubara has made a new appointment.
The governor has appointed Dr.George C. Nwaeke, FCA, mni, as Head of the Rivers State Civil Service.
Nwaeke was a former Permanent Secretary, Special Services Bureau, Office of the Secretary to the Rivers State Government.
