Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has vowed to establish an institution of higher learning in Opobo Town.
Governor Fubara gave the assurance during the inauguration of the 7 km long Ring Road in Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area on Monday, 16th December 2024.
According to him, the institution will help to attract sustainable economic growth in the area.
