Factional Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Chief Tony Okocha has reiterated that Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule and others never decamped from the PDP to the APC.
Speaking, during a press briefing in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, Okocha said they were only trying to woo the lawmakers to their party but did not succeed.
He also said the party never invited Amaewhule and other lawmakers as members of APC to the party’s thanksgiving but as individuals.
He maintained that Amaewhule remains the authentic speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
