A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has adjourned the criminal case involving one Kelly Nwogu, the owner of popular real Estate Company ‘The Villa’ till May 2021.
Nwogu is being accused of defrauding his numerous customers who bought lands from his company.
Justice Oshoma in his ruling, adjourned the matter till May, to continue further cross examination in the hearing of the matter, after listening to lawyers from both parties.
Justice Oshoma also rejected the document Mr Kelly’s lawyer sought to tender as evidence after a serious argument.
