The Rivers State Commissioner of Youths, Hon. Chisom Gbali has cautioned youths about the dangers inherent in the use of illicit drugs.
Gbali in a statement on Thursday called on youths in the state to shun intake of illicit drugs and engage in meaningful activities.
He advised them to get a skill and emulate good morals that are praiseworthy.
He said the ministry is ready to assist and rehabilitate those who are into drugs without discrimination, adding that the ministry would also assist such persons in achieving their goals.
The commissioner added that the society no longer celebrates evil, but good deeds like that of Miss, Ngozi Kekwaaru – a female staff of Eko Hotel who returned a misplaced sum to the owner
