Chief Vincent Nnamdi Otto has been sentenced to one month in imprisonment for contempt of court, by a State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt.
According to report, Chief Nnamdi during cross examination over a land dispute, while he was standing in the witness box, shouted at the presiding judge and walked out of the box.
He also threatened to deal with all those in the court room, after hitting his hands on the floor.
Justice Adolphus Enebeli, in his ruling remanded Chief Vincent to one month in prison, after listening to both lawyers who condemned the act.
The presiding judge, later adjourned the matter till May 17 2021.
