Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Chidi Lloyd has suspended the commander of vigilante Group EMOVIS, Ikenga Godwin following the alleged killing of a man by the group in the area.
Lloyd who made this known in a statement Today, said the suspension will allow for proper investigation into the matter.
Deputy commander of the group, Mr Kayode was also suspended.
He also announced the appointment of Agi John Chidi as the new commander.
Ikenga and his deputy are currently in detention for allegedly killing a man when the group stormed one of the communities in the area, few days ago.
