The Special Assistant on Digital Communications to President, Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad says the Bodo – Bonny Bridge currently under construction will connect the Island of Bonny to Ogoni community of Bodo in Rivers State.
Ahmad in a tweet Today, also said the bridge runs across four Local Government Areas in Rivers State.
He noted that the bridge is a Federal Government project.

The Bodo-Bonny Road Project is being constructed by industry giant Julius Berger Nigeria Plc.
The 35.7km Project will be the first road to connect oil-rich Bonny Island to mainland Rivers State.
