The All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, has threatened to drag the State Independent Electoral Commission, to court if the logo of the party appears on the ballot paper for the local government elections.
Former National Acting Chairman of the party, Victor Giadom made this known in a statement today, after revalidating his membership of the party.
He stated that the party will not participate in the April 17 local government elections in the state, as he urged members and intending members to participate in the on going Registration and revalidation exercise.
Furthermore, he hailed the supreme Court ruling which recognized Isaac Ogbobula as the authentic acting chairman of the party in the state.
