The All Progressives Congress in Rivers State has reacted to a protest at its party Secretariat in Port Harcourt, today.
Publicity Secretarty of the party in the State, Chris Finebone in a statement said they were yet to ascertain the mission of the protesters.
He confirmed that materials for the congresses have been moved to the 319 wards and 23 local government areas of the state, adding that the congresses would go as planned.
According to him, nobody has hijacked the process as claimed by some persons.
Finebone also said they will find out the mission of the protesters in no time.
Some party members this morning protested in front of the party secretariat, allegeding that the congresses have been hijacked.
