Senator Magnus Ngei Abe has said that he remains a member of the All Progressives Congress, and that nobody can push him and his supporters out of the party.
Speaking at a meeting with his supporters in Bera, Gokhana Local Government Area, on Sunday, the party chieftain said, it will be impossible for the party to exist in the state without them.
He said no one man, no matter how wealthy and highly placed owns the party and can succeed without the people.
According to him, those who were supporting evil have started to see the truth.
He said the National leadership of the party is bent on doing the right thing, as he believes in the leadership of Mai Mala Buni, to end the injustice in the party in Rivers State.
He assured his supporters that he will continue to fight for what is right at all cost, while urging them to continue to stand for justice and equity.
He stated that a party is about gathering people and winning elections and not about destroying one man.
Abe vowed to weather all political persecutions in the state to reinvigorate the drive for the Rivers governorship ticket come 2023.
