APC lawmaker representing Eleme/Tai Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Chisom Dike has commended Governor, Nyesom Wike for constructing the Oyigbo-Afam road.
Dike, hailed the Governor, during the presentation of laptops to beneficiaries of his ICT empowerment programme in Oyigbo on Wednesday.
The lawmaker, called on Transcorp to emulate the governor by constructing the Afam-Obete section of the road.
He urged residents of the area to support the contractors handling the project to ensure its completion.
Dike, alleged that the LGA, is still underdeveloped because those in elective positions do not care about the masses but themselves.
He accused stakeholders of the People’s Democratic Party in the area, of playing politics of bitterness, and urged them to desist from the act.
