Justice I.R. Imikiri handling the case involving aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State has withdrawn from the matter.
The judge, made the decision known yesterday, when he summoned all parties involved in the case.
The judge, who was expected to deliver judgements on the 15th and 23rd of February respectively, said she decided to withdraw from the case due to petitions against her.
According to her, the case files have been submitted to the Chief Judge of the state for reassignment to another judge.
Some aggrieved members of the party, instituted the suit against the APC and former Caretaker Committee Chairman of the party, Isaac Ogbobula.
The members are also seeking an interlocutory injunction against the recently conducted state congresses of the party.
