The All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, says former party chieftain Igo Aguma deceived gullible members of the party into buying forms from him for the local government elections.
A chieftain of the APC, Barr. Chizi Enyi said this during a chat with news correspondents in Port Harcourt, on Tuesday.
He said Aguma declared himself Chairman, when it was clear to everyone that he had no business with the Chairmanship position of the party in the state.
Barr. Chizi called on those who bought forms from Aguma to meet him and demand for a refund.
Aguma had since dumped the party for the People’s Democratic Party. He announced his defection during the Party’s campaign in Port Harcourt, for the just concluded local government election.
