The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State, Hon. Chief Tony Okocha, has congratulated Chief Victor Giadom and Hon. Samuel Nwanosike on their emergence as National Vice Chairman (South-South) and Zonal Publicity Secretary, respectively, following the party’s recent zonal congress.
In a statement issued on March 25, 2026, Okocha described their victories as well-deserved, noting that their emergence reflects loyalty, dedication, and commitment to the growth and stability of the APC in the South-South region and across Nigeria.
He said he was not surprised by their success, citing their consistent records of service, discipline, and grassroots mobilization within the party over the years.
The Rivers APC chairman expressed confidence in their ability to deliver on their new responsibilities, adding that their experience and political acumen would strengthen unity, visibility, and overall performance of the party in the region.
Okocha also urged party stakeholders and members across the South-South to support the newly elected zonal executives, emphasizing that unity, loyalty, and collective commitment are essential for future electoral success.
He further assured the new leaders of the unwavering support of the Rivers State chapter of the APC, reiterating the party’s commitment to advancing its ideals at both zonal and national levels.
