A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Sir. Collins Owhonda has reportedly defected to the People’s Democratic.
Collins, who is the party’s candidate for Phalga Federal Constituency 2 supplementary election announced his defection in a statement Today.
He was earlier suspended by the party over alleged anti party. The party also announced that it would be boycotting the poll.
