Governorship candidate of the Accord Party in Rivers State, Chief. Dumo Lulu-Briggs says the People’s Democratic Party is scared of going to the poll in 2023 with his party.
Dumo said this while reacting to a suit filed by the PDP seeking the disqualification of Accord party members from contesting the 2023 elections.
The PDP is in court challenging the primaries conducted by the Accord party.
However, Dumo Lulu-Briggs described the move by the PDP as meddlesomeness, accusing the party of being scared of an open contest.
He urged Rivers people and supporters of the party not to worry about the court case, adding that they are set to contest and win elective positions in next year’s election.
