Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has described governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party, Sen. Magnus Abe as the weakest candidate in the just concluded elections.
Wike, while reacting to the victory of Sim Fubara said Abe was never a serious political contender.
According to him, it was clear from the beginning that the PDP was going to win the governorship and state House of Assembly elections in the state.
Wike also revealed that the All Progressives Congress lost in the state because they were highly divided.
He thanked people of the state for coming out in their numbers to vote for candidates of the party, adding that he is confident that all those elected will work for the good of Rivers people.
