Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has declared that the red biro is still filled and in his pocket.
Fubara said this in his new year message during the crossover service at Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Opobo on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
He wished the people of the State a prosperous 2025 assuring that the year will be greater.
In his sermon, Bishop, Emmanuel Oko-Jaja said it is necessary to give God thanks for the salvation of mankind and averting every plan of the enemies.
According to him, “God has revealed Himself more than enough in 2024 and that is why we should sing a new song. Because there had been afflictions and conspiracy against you or to someone else, but God says it will not stand, that is why we should sing a new song. It is the reason people are gathered all over the world at this time to sing a new song,” he said.
