Protests: RSPC Denies Reports of Gunshots at Wike’s Residence

The Rivers State Police Command has denied reports of gunshots at the residence of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike in Port Harcourt, Today.

There were trending reports that shots were fired when #EndBadGovernance protesters stormed the residence of the former governor on Tuesday.

Reacting, Spokesperson of the Police Command, Grace Koko described the reports as false, noting that no shots were fired.

The protesters, were seen in large numbers in a viral video carrying placards with various inscriptions while reciting the old anthem.
