The expelled former PDP youth leader in Alode Eleme, Princewill Osaroejiji who has been declared wanted by the state government has denied beating up members of the state taskforce at the premises of the demolished Prodest hotel.
Osaroejiji who spoke from his hide-out today alleged that he is being framed up by some PDP leaders in the LGA. He denied being a cultist, stating that he has never been involved in any criminal activity.
Narrating the ordeal, Osaro said the manager of the hotel called him on that faithful day immediately after the taskforce Officials arrived the premises. He noted that the four officials requested for money from the manager of the hotel but he queried them for the act stating that it was against the governor’s directive.
Osaro who declared that the hotel has since stopped its operations, stated that he never touched any of the officials. The former youth leader accused one of the taskforce officials of working with some PDP leaders to frame him up, in order to bring him down.
The pictures of the officials with injuries circulating in the media are stage managed, he claimed. Osaro called on Gov. Wike to invite him and his chiefs over so he can explain his own side of the story.
