The family of Port Harcourt-based makeup artist, Kelvin Andem Edwards, has announced his death following complications arising from kidney failure.
Grant Andem Edwards, the deceased’s elder brother, in a statement on behalf of the Edwards family, said Kelvin died peacefully on the morning of July 5, 2026.
The family described the deceased as a compassionate and humble man whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of many.
“Kelvin was a man of remarkable kindness, strength, humility, and compassion. He touched countless lives through his warm heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for his family and friends,” the statement read.
The family expressed gratitude for the prayers, condolence messages, visits, and support received since his passing, describing the outpouring of love as a source of strength during the difficult period.
They also appealed for continued prayers, adding that details of the funeral and memorial arrangements would be announced in due course.
