Spokesperson of the governorship campaign council of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Sogbeye Eli has accused the PDP of destroying venue for its campaign in Omuma LGA, Today.
Eli in a statement Today, said the PDP sent the thugs who destroyed their canopies, chairs and vehicles parked at the venue.
He stated that the party has broken no law since the beginning of its governorship campaign rally in the state.
In the same vein, Chairman of APC in Omuma LGA, has alleged that Police officers from Government House stormed venue for the rally this morning and shot sporadically in the air.
He said they destroyed all properties at the venue and dispatched Police officers stationed at the venue.
According to him, the officers at the venue confirmed that they were asked to leave and could do nothing since they were from the RSGH.
