The Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) has announced an end to the distribution of electricity bills to its consumers by contractors in Rivers State. This according to PHED is in a bid to reposition the company.
The company’s Acting Manager, Corporate Communications, Mrs Chioma Aninwe made this known in a statement Today, in Port Harcourt.
“PHED wishes to inform customers that their outsourced electricity bill distributed by third party (contractors) has been terminated…”
she said
“The decision by management to terminate its contract with third party is in line with a new structure strategically aimed at repositioning the company for utmost performance,” Aninwe asserted.
