The Port Harcourt City Local Government Council, is set to hold the graduation ceremony of the first batch of its Entrepreneurship Trades and Skills Development Programme.
The graduation ceremony holds on Tuesday 7th December 2021, at the Council Secretariat, Moscow Road by 10am prompt.
The programme was put together by the Council Boss, Sir, Allwell Ihunda, to make participants not just employable, but also employers of labour.
The graduands are also expected to go home with starter packs to enable them kick-start what they have learnt.
Barr. Mrs. Inimi Aguma, (Rivers State Commissioner For Social Welfare & Rehabilitation), is the special guest of honor.
Sir, Ihunda on the day he was sworn in, promised to establish people oriented programmes and policies for the betterment of his people.
