A Port Harcourt resident identified as Jammal Starry has berated Nigerian Rapper, Dandizzy for performing at a rally organized by GDI, a pro-PDP group in Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area on Saturday.
Jammal in a statement yesterday, said the rapper should have campaigned for a party with a credible candidate, and not one who is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
According to him, the same PDP that felt that the rapper is not worth paying three hundred thousand naira to perform at Burna Boy’s homecoming concert, hired him for a political rally.
His statement reads,
The same PDP that felt Dandizzy did not worth 300k at Burna Homecoming, PDP has hired him for a political rally. Where is the self-worth Barr Enefaa Georgewill was preaching about.
The likes of Symply Tacha organise a non-partisan campaign at Degema encouraging Delegans to get their PVC, asking them to vote for a credible candidate. That what people with affluence does, they make people understand their right.
If you want to go into politics at least, campaign for a clean political figure, not a man wanted by the EFCC and one who hires thugs to beat up EFCC officials at Abuja. A man who misappropriated billions of Rivers Money, decides to run from the EFCC instead of clearing his name. Surely, he doesn’t have a plan for a brighter future. If you don’t see all these red flags and if the only thing you can see “he’s from Opobo” then you are a Bigot.
