The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has rejected the outcome of the recently concluded local government elections in Rivers State, describing the exercise as flawed and lacking credibility.
The party in a statement the process was marred by irregularities and accused the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) of failing to conduct a free and fair poll.
According to them, the results announced did not reflect the will of the people, and called for the cancellation of the exercise.
