“I used the opportunity to reiterate the fact that the City of Port Harcourt is safe and conducive for investment in line with the administration of His Excellency, Governor Siminalayi Fubara who has prioritized the industrialization of the state by attracting investment of this nature as this was made manifest in the Rivers State Economic Investment Summit.
“In our capacity as a council, we are willing to provide adequate support to facilitate such investments, tax incentives inclusive. Human Capacity Development and Empowerment are at the core of our plans for the people of Port Harcourt City Local Government and every action or partnership geared towards that, is a welcome development.
