Former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, Governors Yahaya Bello and Abdullahi Ganduje of Kogi and Kano states have been prohibited from entering the United States of America.
Those affected by the ban got the information via text messages and email notifications.
Morgan Ortagus, Spokesperson for the Department of State, said the ban were handed to these persons for undermining democracy in Nigeria.
He noted that persons who engage in such practices during the upcoming Edo election may face similar punishment.
