The General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM), Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, has handed over ₦500,000 donated by the church’s Divine Distributors to 46 Nigerians who recently returned from South Africa.
The cash donation follows the presentation of 50 bags of rice and the ₦500,000 support package to the returnees during a church programme on Sunday.
Speaking on the intervention, Chinyere said the financial support was contributed by the Divine Distributors of OPM Church to help ease the challenges faced by the returnees as they begin to rebuild their lives in Nigeria.
“I have handed the ₦500,000 that the Divine Distributors of OPM Church donated to the South African returnees. Remember yesterday, Sunday, the Divine Distributors of OPM Church donated 50 bags of rice and ₦500,000 to the 46 returnees,” he said.
The gesture forms part of OPM’s humanitarian outreach aimed at providing relief and support to vulnerable Nigerians.
