The Federal Government of Nigeria has said that only the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos and the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja would be allowed to reopen for international travels.
Hadi Sirika, Minister of Aviation who made this known during the briefing of the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, yesterday also said only approved airlines will be allowed to operate.
The federal government had announced that international flights would resume in the country on September 5 2020, after its closure for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
