The Executive Chairman of Eleme local government, Chief Hon Obarilomate Ollor , has assured the people of Eleme of continuous peace and human capital development. Chief Ollor made the assurance during the commissioning of Eteo Community market in Eleme.
Chief Ollor said the Peace being enjoyed in the land is a deliberate action he took to rewrite the negative narrative about Eleme LGA.
According to Ollor, in his interaction with the warring youths, he discovered that the youths were left to survive on their own without any form of leadership and guidance to aid them thus, the need to bridge the gap and give them direction, which has now yielded the peace we’re all enjoying in the LGA.
On the Eteo market, chief Ollor said when he came to campaign in Eteo, he saw the shabbiness of the market and promised to build a better one when voted into office as chairman and he is happy that today that promise has been fulfilled.
Commissioning the market was Chief Hon Marcus Nle Ejii DSSRS, who was ably represented by Hon. Sylvanus Obari Sanwi, who thanked the chairman for being an exceptional leader who makes promises and keeps to them, he advised the people of Eteo to see the market as their own, and do everything to protect all that has been put in place to make the market comfortable for them.
