The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Okrika local government area, Hon Princess Ibiene Ogan, has presented cash gifts, cars, mini buses and other items to people of the area.
This was during the second phase of the empowerment programme on Sunday.
She said her administration will continue to put the people first.
According to her, since being appointed as the CTC Chairman, she has been working alongside her committee members to give the people a sense of direction and purposefulness.
