The Executive Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, Ambassador Chijioke Ihunwo has approved the sum of thirty thousand naira for civil servants working in Obio/Akpor local government council.
Amadi Eze – Senior Special Assistant to the Chairman, made this known in a statement on Thursday.
According to him, the bonus serves as a token of gratitude and recognition for the tireless efforts of the employees who contribute significantly to the progress and development of the local government.
He also said Ihunwo’s approval of the thirty thousand naira Christmas bonus is a testament to his benevolent leadership and unwavering support for Obio/Akpor civil servants.
