Darlington Orji; immediate past Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Ikwerre local government area of Rivers State, Hon. Samuel Nwanosike has accused the council chairman of sending thugs to disrupt festive celebration at his residence in Mbodo Aluu.
Orji in a statement said the thugs were led by the OSPAC commander in Aluu, Obinuchi Wordu together with one Hon. Bouchi Nsirim.
According to him, they beat up his wife and son with an iron, destroyed his properties including canopies and musical instruments meant for the celebration.
He accused Nwanosike of being blood thirsty, adding that he never gets tired of perpetrating evil against his people.
Orji who said he no longer wants to work with the council chairman, added that no one can intimidate him to do what he does not want to do anymore.
The Ikwerre council Chairman who is an ally of the FCT Minister was yet to react to the allegations.
Recall that Darlington Orji recently resigned his appointment and declared support for Gov. Sim Fubara following the political crisis in the state.
