Former Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Council, Samuel Nwanosike has accepted to contravening the Rivers State building code after his hotel was sealed by the Rivers State Ministry of Physical and Urban Planning.
Nwanosike was seen in a now trending video arguing with officials of the Ministry to be allowed to pay the penalties, but the officials insisted on permanently sealing up the place.
In the video, Nwanosike could be heard saying, “I have defaulted. I agree and I want to pay for my contravention.”
