The Rivers State Chapter of the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) has dissolved the leadership of its branches in the 23 LGAs of the state and set-up caretaker committees to run the affairs of the union in the various LGAs
Paul Clifford, the State Chairman of NULGE in the state made this known to journalists yesterday, after the meeting of the union.
The chairman admonished the newly elected committee members to effectively pilot the affairs of the union, protect workers welfare and work to meet the aims and objectives of the union, he said.
