The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corp, NSCDC, has arrested three suspected oil thieves at an illegal oil refinery at Odagwa creek in Etche Local Government of Rivers State.
Spokesperson of the Corps Babalola Afolabi disclosed this in a chat with journalists on Monday.
According to him, large quantity of illegally defined crude were recovered at the site, adding that efforts are on to arrest other suspects.
