The Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress is set to storm Rivers State on September 8 for a massive protest. This is with respect to what has been termed anti-labour activities by the Wike-led administration.
NLC President, Ayuba Wabba who made this known yesterday said the Rivers State Government had unleashed several anti-labour actions on workers in the state.
The State Chairperson, Beatrice Itubor while making a case for the protest said workers in the state are being treated as slaves.
