The new Acting Vice Chancellor of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, IAUE, Prof. Okechukwu Onuchukwu has directed that the old school fees rate be maintained.
The Public Relations Officer of the school made this known in a statement on Friday.
He also said that the university portal of the school will be opened twice every semester, so that students can pay on two instalments.
His statement reads,
NOTICE TO ALL IAUE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
This is to inform all undergraduate students of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education that the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the institution Professor Okechuku Onuchuku has directed that the old school fees rate be maintained. By this notice, all undergraduate students are to revert to the old rate.
In addition to this, the university portal will be opened twice semester by semester so that students can pay on two instalments.
The Bursary Department has also been mandated by the Acting Vice-Chancellor to ensure and accommodate this flexible mode of school fees payment.
Students are therefore enjoined to make the most of the window provided for the payment of their school fees.
