Operation DELTA SANITY: On Monday 14 October 2024, Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) PATHFINDER discovered and impounded a wooden boat laden with a large amount of substance suspected to be condensate in Bukama, Rivers State.

The Navy in a statement said, its NNS PATHFINDER patrol team also discovered a vandalised wellhead used to siphon crude oil into sacks by crude oil thieves in Bukama, Rivers State.

Furthermore, it stated that on Tuesday 15 October 2024, NNS PATHFINDER discovered and impounded a wooden boat laden with an unspecified amount of illegally refined AGO in Elechi Beach, Rivers State.
