The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has announced that certificates for candidates who participated in its examinations up to 2024 are now ready for collection.
The announcement was contained in a notice signed by the Board’s Registrar and Chief Executive Officer, Aminu Mohammed, and made available to journalists on Friday in Benin.
Mohammed said successful candidates could now obtain their certificates, urging them to adhere to the stipulated collection procedures.
The certificates cover the May/June National Business Certificate (NBC) and National Technical Certificate (NTC) examinations, as well as the November/December NBC, NTC, Advanced National Business Certificate (ANBC) and Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC) examinations.
He directed candidates who sat for the May/June examinations to collect their certificates from the schools where they registered and wrote the examinations.
Candidates who participated in the November/December examinations, he said, are expected to obtain their certificates from NABTEB state offices where they registered for the examinations.
The registrar explained that candidates must present valid identification, including their National Identification Number (NIN) or driver’s licence, to facilitate the collection process.
He added that those seeking to collect November/December certificates must also provide their statement of result or NABTEB online printout containing their examination details.
Other requirements include a passport photograph with a red background and payment of an approved N1,000 collection fee, excluding statutory online charges.
Mohammed, however, emphasised that certificates would only be released to genuine candidates who successfully sat for the examinations.
