Chairman of the Rivers State Civil Society Organization, RIVCSO, Enefaa Georgewill has reacted to Governor Nyesom Wike’s gift of N50 million to a disabled graduand on Saturday.
Georgewill in a statement yesterday, said a governor that refuses to pay salaries, pension and gratuities gifted someone N50 million and a job without due process, describing it as “Foto governance.”
He also took a swipe at the governor over his alleged refusal to pay demonstration teachers, but sprays money all over the place.
“Governor Dat Refuse 2Pay Demonstration Teachers & Pensioners But Spray Money Around,Is Like A Father Whose Children Haven’t Eaten But Spray Money In Clubs,” he said.
