A mast allegedly belonging to Globacom Nigeria and 15 electric poles were yesterday, brought down by rainstorm at Ahaoda Town in Rivers State.
Political analyst, Bro. Vincent D. Edward disclosed this in a post on Facebook, today.
He noted that properties were destroyed and that two persons are rumored to have lost their lives.
His statement reads,

The rainstorm yesterday – 26th of April 2022 at Ahoada Town was terrible, it brought down the Globacom Nig. Limited Telecommunications Mask and at least 15 electricity polls, several trees and many roofs.
The disaster recorded fall of Ice from the clouds, the lacuna was much, as observed, many would go out of business, their homes, worship places, market are affected in this time of history of this nation economically.
What baffled me was the fall of Glo Telecommunications Mask which was insulated around 2012 to 2014 in Ahoada Town, NITEL Nig. Ltd. Mask as old as some of our parents today didn’t collapse, Glo mask of today did because of Nigerian mentality in substandard materials jobs and work done, apart from destruction of properties, unconfirmed rumors has it that two persons lost their lifes, what an indomie generation with the rush-hour chicken mentality, we lie to ourselves in everything, how can a telecommunications firm joke with the lifes and properties of people like this? Only we ourselves and God can deliver us from us.
