A man has been arrested by the PHALGA Security Watch for allegedly vandalizing a truck belonging to the Rivers State Waste Management Agency(RIWAMA) at Ikokwu, Port Harcourt.
According to East West Reporters, driver of the RIWAMA truck, Chijioke Ani said he noticed that the compacting component of the truck was missing when he came back to the truck after parking it at Ikokwu due to shortage of diesel.
It said the truck driver revealed that he was alerted by residents that the suspect was apprehended by the PHALGA Security Watch, and that he went to Mile 1 Police Division where the suspect was being detained.
