A Magistrate Court sitting in Port Harcourt has adjourned the matter involving one Kelvin Omoba for killing Clement Elewa to August 31, 2020.
Clement Elewa, a Keke taskforce member was allegedly killed by Kelvin Omoba aka Labista and three others who are still on the run with a machete in Port Harcourt few weeks ago.
Chief Magistrate A.O Amadi Nna who gave the ruling, remanded the accused to the Port Harcourt correctional centre. He also ordered that the case file be transmitted to the office of the Director of Public Prosecution for Legal Advise.
The accused is facing a two-count charge for conspiracy to commit murder and murder according to his lawyer, Evans Amadi.
