Former Political Adviser to President Olusegun Obasanjo, Akin Osuntokun has been appointed as the new Director General of the Presidential Campaign Council of Labour Party, days after Doyin Okupe resigned from the position.
Julius Abure, National Chairman of the party made this known in a statement in Abuja, on Tuesday.
He said the decision was reached after comprehensive consultations with stakeholders of the party.
Okupe left the position after he was convicted by a federal high court over financial fraud.
